Writing and portraying stories of others and stories of community is a craft that can certainly be challenging but is necessary for the world to spin. In an era so dominated by quick information, it is vital that journalists adapt to such an evolving environment so that the public is properly informed and educated on current topics happening on scales from that of their own town to the national level. Working hand in hand with my photography skills, I continue to make it my mission to bring these stories to life and give attention to events that otherwise would not have the opportunity or avenues to be outwardly expressed.
